Terms and Conditions

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive a deposit. 

Once you complete a booking form, we endeavour to respond within 48 hours. If we do not hear back from you to confirm the booking within 48 hours, you run the risk of losing the slot. We do not hold dates.

Full balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the party. We reserve the right to cancel the performance in the absence of full payments.

Should you need to cancel your party, we will work with you to try and find an alternate date, however deposits are non refundable.

In the event that Little Dreamers need to cancel your booking your deposit will be refunded.

We currently cover Epping and the surrounding areas. Further distances may incur additional travel/fuel charges.

We reserve the right to change the performer scheduled for your event at any point. We will always deliver the highest quality performances but we cannot guarantee specific performer's availability. Your character will remain the same though.

Package prices depend on a maximum number of guests. Additional performers may be required if this number is exceeded to maintain a safe ratio of children and adults.

All of our performers hold public liability insurance but we do request parent supervision for very young children.

Alterations to activities due to timings, conditions, space and children's general attention and behaviour will be at the discretion of Little Dreamers.

Your chosen character(s) along with our team members will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the agreed start time. Very rarely we may be running late due to reasons beyond our control. We will always contact you and keep you updated should this be the case.

Changes to confirmed bookings including times, venue, character etc must be agreed prior to the event. We will try to accommodate your requests but please understand this may not always be possible.

Little Dreamers have a zero tolerance to inappropriate behaviour to the performer or our team members. We reserve the right to remove performers from environments we do not deem to be safe or respected. 

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to our costumes and/or equipment as a result of negligence.

If you or any of your guests develop any COVID 19 symptoms in the lead up to the party, we expect you to stay home and not attend. This includes children.  Little Dreamers will always do the same and remove any performers who test positive or start to develop symptoms.

If your party is inside, we kindly request that you open doors and windows for ventilation and try to keep the number of adults in the room to a minimum.

Little Dreamers reserve the right to maintain a safe distance if we believe there are too many guests within a close proximity. In some cases this may mean staying outside for the duration of the appearance. 

At this time your chosen character may not wish to hug the birthday child. Each performer is different and reserves the right to keep their distance.

Bouncy castles are not permitted at 2 hour parties unless they are outside/in a separate room. For our shorter appearances we kindly request that you deflate the castle for the duration of our visit. Even with a mic we cannot compete with the noise of a bouncy castle, plus it is a big distraction for the children and therefore does not work alongside our parties.
