Who we are

Little Dreamers Productions are an entertainment company providing storybook characters for special events.

What we do

We provide characters appearances/themed entertainment for birthdays and special occasions.

Information we collect

Any information supplied by you will only be held and used for our purposes in order to conduct business with you and to improve our level of service. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior agreement.

Type of information we will collect

When you book an event with us, we need to know your name, email address and in some cases your home address if the event is to be held there.  We also request your telephone number which allows us to contact you ahead of the event to discuss arrangements for the day. We will also request your child’s name and birthday for our character’s knowledge to make the event authentic and magical. We will only ever use photos of you and your guests with prior consent. 

How We May Use Your Information

• To process and follow up on your requests for our events
• To accurately keep in touch with you in the lead up to your party
• To follow up on your event for feedback
• To notify you of future events/special offers

Sharing your information with other entities

We will not share your personal information with a third party outside of Little Dreamers except in limited circumstances, including referrals to alternate companies at your request.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We recognize the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children for our events. When we intend to collect personal information from children, we take additional steps to protect children’s privacy, including:

• Notifying parents about our information practices with regard to children, including the types of personal information we may collect from children and the uses to which we may put that information. Little Dreamers will never share any information or photographs without prior consent.
• Limiting our collection of personal information from children to no more than is reasonably necessary to participate in activities at our events.
• Giving parents access or the ability to request access to personal information we have collected from their children and the ability to request that the personal information be changed or deleted.
